1.) How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from all major Credit / Debit Card companies (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card etc), Apple Pay , Facebook Pay , Klarna and Shop Pay installments 

2.) When Will My Purchase be shipped?

Items that are in stock and readily made will be shipped within 1-3 business . If we are experiencing a high order volume then processing times will be longer.

3.) If ordered item not in stock?

Our items can sell out within hours and we may not be able to restock them. However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us at sales@ciaobycc.com with a list of items so that you can be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to notify you.

4.) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Shipping costs will be calculated on your order before you pay. Our Third Party shipping carriers are UPS, USPS, FEDEX AND DHL

5.) Where are your products shipped from?

Ciao Exclusive pieces ship from both the United States of America and Jamaica. All other ready-to-wear items are shipped from the United States ONLY!

 

7.) How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your location, shipping within the US will take anywhere from 2-6 business days. If you have requested Expedited/ Overnight shipping please note that this shipping time does not include processing times. Processing times for overnight shipping orders ranges anywhere between 24-36 hrs.

International orders can be delivered within 7-10 business days however this varies from country to country based on your respective CUSTOMS dept.

8.) Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM/ JUNK folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

9.) What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for cases in which the item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If you need to return an item, please email us at returns@ciaobycc.com and we will do our best to make the return process as simple as possible.
