Company Policy for Online Orders
At Ciao By CC, we are committed to providing our valued customers with the finest products and services. Our online order policy is designed to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as delightful as possible. Please take a moment to read through our policies, including those specific to the holiday season.
- General Returns: Ciao By CC must receive your return within 14 days from the date you received it. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. If the customer fails to return the item within the given period then the parcel will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. Please note that all returns incur a fee of $15 USD which will be debited from your existing order or invoiced once you have summited your return request
- Refunds: Refunds for returned items are granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to evaluation by our customer service team. If you are eligible for a refund, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account or payment method.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, you can exchange it for the same product. Please contact our customer service team at customercare-help@ciaobycc.com within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.
- All items tagged as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns. (non refundable, non exchangeable)

SALES
- All Items purchased during SALE EVENTS are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please carefully consider your purchase during these promotions. Sale Events such as but not limited to : Sample Sale, Archive Sales, Black Friday Sale, Cyber Monday, End of Season sales or End of the Year Sale:
- Christmas Orders: For orders placed during the holiday season, our standard return policy applies. You can return an item within 21 days of receiving it, with the exception of specific sale events (as mentioned below)
- Holiday Hours: Happy holidays! Our regular business hours for the holiday season are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Please note that we are closed on the weekends. We will also be closed from December 24th to 26th and for an extended break from December 31st to January 7th. We appreciate your understanding and wish you a joyful holiday season!
Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet this condition.
International Orders
- We are delighted to serve customers from around the world. If you are placing an international order, please contact our customer service team at customercare-help@ciaobycc.com for specific instructions regarding returns and exchanges.
- Ciao by CC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for duties or taxies to be paid on ANY parcels. Please refer to you country's import laws in order to calculate any additional charges incurred. Duties and taxies are not calculated by Ciao by CC but the importer's government.
Preorders & Limited Edition Styles
- If you have placed a preorder and the item is not shipped on the guaranteed date, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team at customercare-help@ciaobycc.com to initiate the refund process.
- If you have placed a preorder OR have included specifications then your order will no longer be eligible for cancellation or refunds after the processing period has began (Within 24 hrs)
- Please Note Items Tagged as Limited Edition or Customisable (Made to Order) are NOT eligible for refunds exchanges OR store credit.
- All Customisable orders have a processing timeline of 15-20 days.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Normal processing times for orders is 4-5 business days. However, during the holiday season and extended sales period , our processing time may extend to 10 business days to accommodate the increased volume of orders.
- Please be aware that if you place an order after 12 pm on Friday, your item will be processed and shipped starting from the following Monday. We appreciate your patience and look forward to delivering your purchase to you soon
- Our Carriers are : UPS for Domestic Shipping & DHL for International Shipping
- If you order contains pre order items and non pre order items then split shipments will not be sent unless you have requested and paid for an additional label.
- In the event that an item does not arrive as expected, or if you have any claims or disputes, please file a claim with the Carrier before reaching out to our team . Once the claim has been files please contact our customer service team at customercare-help@ciaobycc.com with the claim number. We will work diligently to resolve your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
