CIAO by CC offers insurance for every purchase from the time it is in transit until it’s delivered to you .  If you wish to include a signature service for your parcel this will come at an additional cost for $10 USD. In order for us to execute this additional feature , please contact our customer care team at customercare-help@ciaobycc.com

 All orders are fulfilled through Third-Party entities (eg: UPS, USPS, DHL & Fedex) and as such CIAO by CC is not liable for any delays in transit times, damage or theft of packages. In the event that an issue arises once the package is in transit we advise that a claim is filled as soon as possible with the shipping company. CIAO by CC IS NOT responsible, nor has influence  on the outcome of each Claim filled, however we are more than  happy to assist you the customer by guiding you through the process.

Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your CIAO by CC items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
